Enrolling In Austin Defensive Driving Classes
There is more to driving defensively than just knowing the basics in driving. Driving at a Construction Zone when there are workers present A driver who is eligible to take Austin defensive driving classes to dismiss a traffic citation should request for permission to take this course of action on or before the appearance date that is indicated in the ticket. This may be done either in person or through mail. Once all requirements have been submitted, the request will automatically be approved. The driver will be given ninety days to finish the course. Proof of completion should be submitted before the ninetieth day so that charges will not be filed against the traffic violator. Proofs of completion include a defensive driving certificate issued by an authorized school and driving record obtained from the Texas Department of Public Safety. These may either be submitted in person or mailed at the Court. |
